Receptionist

We are looking for a personable, organised and experienced Receptionist to join our client in Beaconsfield. This role will be on a temporary basis until June.

The role is based in Beaconsfield, and offers on-site parking. The hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, with an hour for lunch. This role is fully office based, and does not offer working from home.

The key duties for this role include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors.
• Answering and appropriately directing telephone calls.
• Keeping the Reception area clean, tidy and organised.
• General administrative duties.

The key skills and requirements for this role:

• Previous Reception or Customer Service experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organised.
• Great attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Office - Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
