SF Recruitment are working with a well-established and reputable company located in Mansfield. They are currently seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to be the first point of contact for their clients and visitors, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company
- Assist in coordinating meetings and appointments
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Customer-focused and a positive attitude
