We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator for our client based in Redhill, on a part time basis.
Hours will be Monday to Friday to 9am to 2pm. Paying 13ph.
Start date 4th March 2024.
The ideal candidate will have a good telephone manner, be well presented and well organised with reasonable typing skills and be used to working in a professional office.
Please note you must have previous Reception/Administration experience and live locally to Redhill to be considered.
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Answering the telephone and transferring calls or taking messages.
- General filing, archiving and maintaining records of archived files.
- Basic copy typing - Experience of audio typing would be an advantage.
- Liaising with clients in chasing up accounts and tax information and sending payroll details to clients
- Dealing with and ordering stock including first aid kits, stationery and tea and coffee supplies
