Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our client's team in Aberdeen. As the first point of contact for their company, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for visitors and callers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle phone calls and email inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries, directing visitors and callers to the appropriate person or department.
- Issue security passes and ensure visitors sign in and out accordingly.
- Receive and manage deliveries, ensuring they are directed to the correct recipient.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanour with a welcoming and approachable attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
