Apardion are looking for a part time receptionist to work Monday - Friday for 4 and a half hours a day. The shift pattern rotates every two weeks, with one week from 08:00 am - 12:30 and the next week from 12:30 - 17:00 and so on.
We are also looking for ad hoc staff to be trained to cover sickness and holidays.
The role is based in Portlethen, in Badentoy Business Park and onsite parking is available.
The role would consist but are not limited of the below duties:
- Perform a variety of duties at the front desk.
- Receive visitors by greeting and welcoming them. Then, they usually direct them and announce them when appropriate.
- Provide customer support by answering the phone and replying to emails in a timely manner and also receiving and sorting incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide administrative support via phone or email by answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and direct visitors to the right person or department.
- Maintain the reception area and keep all the office equipment in check as well as order any necessary office supplies.
- Responsible for maintaining reception security and communicating with the security guards if needed.
- Manage calendars by scheduling important meetings, arranging travel and accommodation, and so on.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying, transcribing, filing, sorting and distributing paperwork.
