We are looking for a charismatic and enthusiastic individual who relishes in providing a warm welcome, whether it be face to face, or over the phone. The ideal candidate has a great eye for detail, can build instant rapport and finds pleasure in preparing the client suite with refreshments and soft touches.
Key responsibilities:
- Meeting, greeting and interacting with visitors
- Monitoring a busy centralised First Impression Team inbox
- Processing and confirming meeting room booking requests
- Ordering, organising, and assisting with hospitality and events
- Data collection and supporting Team Leader with reporting
- Meeting room set up and hospitality
- Key Skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to effectively greet and communicate with callers and visitors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
