Receptionist

• Pearson Ferrier are one of the highest performing estate agencies in the area. We have over 10 branches throughout the North West, and have been established for over 30 years. Our Cheethamhill branch requires a full time, enthusiastic and hardworking Receptionist. The daily duties will include:

• Taking and directing calls
• Completing administrative tasks like filing, responding to emails
• Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the reception area
• Keeping basic office supplies like pens stocked and accessible to visitors
• Ordering supplies for the rest of the office

• Setting up meeting facilities

• Greeting visitors to the facility warmly and offering them help immediately
• Providing customer support
• Answering questions about services offered at the business
• Have good IT skills and good with Microsoft word, excel and spreadsheets

• Scheduling appointments and meeting times
• Maintaining front door security and reporting any suspicious activity
• Putting through sales and/or assisting clients
• Generating rent statements for landlords
• Generating invoices
• Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
• Engaging in public relations and marketing
• Uploading all new properties on all of our marketing platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla and Pearson Ferrier's website through our database.

Training will be provided on the database, however applicants are required to have a general knowledge of IT. The ideal candidate will be a responsible individual, capable of making sound decisions, and maintaining a professional attitude at all times.

A naturally enthusiastic person, you must be self-motivated, possess effective communication, interpersonal and time management skills, an excellent team player, although able to work just as effectively alone, truly organised and committed to getting the job done to the highest possible standard, and have the ability to progress to Branch Manager Position.
