Class People are proud to be supporting a vibrant primary school in the Chippenham area in recruiting an experienced School Receptionist to join their successful team up until the end of the year!

As a School Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for all students, parents and visitors ensuring you deliver a warm and personable welcome to all.

What you need for this role:

- Prior experience as a receptionist within a school setting

- Strong Communication Skills

- First Aid training/ qualifications (ESSENTIAL)

- Helpful and positive nature with a can-do approach

- Experience utilising school systems such as .

- A passion for working within a school setting

- An hourly rate of between £11.50-£13 (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities of the Role:

- Being the first point of contact to the school, offering a warm welcome to all

- Managing incoming calls and emails directing them to the right point of contact

- Other general tasks in the school office
