Hays are recruiting for a full-time office-based Receptionist. This role is based in Manchester, City Centre and would be immediate starting.
Your new role
You will be answering calls, ensuring all received calls are logged and emails kept on top of. You will always deliver excellent customer service and manage the client space, ensuring that meeting rooms, client reception and restrooms are maintained at an appropriate level in accordance with agreed standards. You will maintain filing systems as allocated, digitally and manually, and maintain lists. You will receive log and action help desk calls, managing workflow.
