SalaryWerneth Medical Practice in Oldham are recruiting for an Apprentice Admin Assistant/Receptionist/ The successful candidate will work towards their Level 3 Business Administration Qualification which will take approximately 18 months to complete.
Duties:
• Booking in patients and recalls
• Answering phone
• Dealing with patient queries over the phone and face to face including prescription requests
• Ordering repeat medication
• Completing private medical requests, solicitors, immigration
• Docman filling, coding and summarising
• Emis, tasks and various other tasks
• Scanning information to patient records
• Admin work
Requirements:
• Good general standard of education
• Good standard of literacy and numeracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good IT skills
• Punctual & Reliable
• Keen and willing to learn
Grades:
No formal qualifications required.
Hours:
MON, TUE, THU 08:00-14:30,
WED, FRI 12:30-18:30
30 min unpaid lunch, 30 hours
