Key Responsibilities:
- Offering comprehensive administrative support to the esteemed Benefits Team.
- Facilitating seamless communication with the Department for Work and Pensions regarding welfare benefits changes.
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of appeal documents for tribunal hearings, including representation for clients lacking capacity.
- Collaborating in the organization and delivery of welfare benefits training sessions for internal and external stakeholders under the guidance of the Benefits Team.
- Dedication to delivering excellent client service.
- Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational capabilities.
- Strong numerical skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Effective administrative prowess.
- Familiarity with welfare benefits processes and responsibilities.
- Basic comprehension of relevant legislation.
- Previous experience in supporting vulnerable individuals.
