Working for our Union Client in Dagenham (close to Dagenham East Underground) as first point of contact, you will be an ambassador for the union. Your professionalism, proactive approach and excellent communication skills coupled with first class customer service and administration skills will ensure that you leave a positive and lasting first impression for all members, customers and visitors alike.
The main purpose of the role is to work with the membership department to assist in all matters relating to support of the members of the union and also support and manage the membership system.
So you'll be IT savvy, good with Databases and MS Office especially Outlook and have great customer experience skills in a fast moving and multi-cultural environment.
