Element Recruitment are working with a professional services firm based in Central Bristol, who are looking for a Receptionist Administrator to join support the business. You'll be the face of the business, so will need to come across as friendly and professional, as you will be greeting clients, answering the phone, arranging meeting rooms and provide administrative support to the Office Manager.
This role is 100% office based

Salary £22,000 - £25,000
Duties include:
- Answering the phone
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Ensure the Reception area is clean and tidy as well as the meeting rooms and communal work area
- Handling post
- Photocopying, scanning and filing
- Ad hoc support the Office Manager with administrative tasks
You will need:
- To be well presented, friendly and professional
- Excellent communication skills
- Be willing to be a part of the team
- To be efficient, well organised and able to manage multiple tasks at any one time
