37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm)

£10.42 - £11.28 per hour

We are recruiting an Receptionist/Administrator to join a successful company based in the Beaumont Leys area on a temporary ongoing basis, there is potential for the role to turn permanent.

Working in a small team, the main purpose of the role will be to assist the business with administrative tasks.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, taking messages and transferring calls
• Meet and greet visitors
• Manage email inbox, dealing with enquiries
• Data entry and updating databases

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience within an office based administrative role, although transferrable skills will be considered
• Strong communication skills
• Good attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• A flexible approach to tasks
