Futures Recruitment Services is supporting a local client with multiple offices across the South Coast with the recruitment of a Reception/Legal Assistant. We are seeking a hardworking, self-motivated, and proactive individual to join our clients in Chichester/Bognor
Experience in the legal sector is not required. However, the ideal candidate will need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an office or in a legal environment.
If you are well organised, efficient, and have a good telephone and client-facing manner this could be the ideal role for you.
The successful candidate will be expected to work in the office, with no remote capabilities.
The ideal candidate will need to have excellent attention to detail, fast and accurate typing, and previous experience of using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Responsibilities include:
Opening and closing legal files
Diary management
Arranging meetings
Drafting letters and documents
Opening post and scanning to system
Accurate filing
Dealing with any paying in any incoming cheques
Preparing bills
Liaising with clients and third parties by telephone and in person
General administration support
