We are looking for efficient and effective receptionists/administrators to join our busy, friendly Front of House team, which is based in the North Central Division.
You should be hardworking, flexible and motivated to provide a high quality service. A significant part of the role will be patient facing, checking in patients, and answering queries and also administrative duties.
The service operates 08.00 - 20.00, 7 days per week on a shift/rota basis including Bank holidays.
Candidates should posses the following skills;
Administrative skills, impeccable organisational skills, enjoy handling patient queries over the telephone, customer service skills, SystmOne and/or EMIS knowledge preferred, excellent written, spoken and telephone communication skills

• Take initial responsibility for the local resolution of problems that may arise with staff/clients. To deal with complaints according to CLCH policy and procedures.
• Communicate effectively by competent use of email, telephone, written and face-to-face communication according to guidelines and customer care standards.
• To collect, process, distribute incoming
• General photocopying, faxing, scanning, and filing of confidential and non-confidential
• To utilise the relevant IT systems to enter and retrieve data ensuring all details are accurately recorded in a timely manner.
