Receptionist / Administrator - Job-Share

Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic company based within the Rickmansworth area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a receptionist to be part of a job-share for a great organisation. The suitable candidate will have previous experience of working as a receptionist, as well as great administration skills, strong communication skills and be available to work 2 days a week as part of a job-share.
The successful candidate will be required to work 2 full days a week (Thursday and Friday), but also be flexible to cover any holidays.
Salary - 25,000 pro rata
Hours - 8:30-5pm or 9-5:30pm 2 days a week (Thursday and Friday)
Some of the duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting customers, operating the door entry system to allow staff and visitors access to the building
• Answering incoming calls, distributing messages accordingly
• Keeping the reception area clear and tidy, and keeping the reception diary up to date
• Monitoring the car park, issuing parking permits for visitors as required
• Booking meeting rooms and keeping the meeting room chart up to date
• Ensuring meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy
• Handling incoming post, distributing as required
• Signing for deliveries informing staff of any parcels
• Franking outgoing post
• Assisting the PA with the smooth running of the office
• Stock take stationery, ordering items when running low
• Watering the office plants

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience of working as a receptionist
• Strong administrative experience
• Available for a job-share (2 days a week)
• Strong communication skills
• Polite and professional manner
• Great organisational skills
• Local to the Rickmansworth area
