Receptionist/Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Location: Northwest London
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00
Starting: ASAP
Main Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Provide a comprehensive first point of contact for incoming calls and visitor inquiries.
- Welcome visitors, guests, and contractors courteously.
- Maintain the visitor's logbook and issue appropriate badges or contractor cards.
- Keep the reception area clean and tidy.
- Assist with managing the door access control system.
Administrative Tasks:
- Coordinate internal room bookings using the computerized system.
- Handle mail, goods, and packages delivered to the site.
- Assist with reception-related administrative work as requested.
- Support Health & Safety administrative tasks.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Good communication skills.
- Previous experience in reception or administrative roles.
- Pharmaceutical experience is a bonus.
- Experience of Minute taking is a bonus
