- Dealing with telephone calls,
- Greeting clients and visitors,
- Word processing,
- Using variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook,
- Maintain office filing,
- Ordering and maintaining office stationery and equipment supplies,
- Ordering and maintaining office canteen supplies
