Vacancy: Receptionist & Administration Assistant
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £23,000 per annum
Employment Type: 12 month FTC, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, providing a warm and professional reception experience.
- Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Support administrative functions, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and events as required.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within housing associations or similar environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
