Job Role: Receptionist & Admin Assistant
Location: Pangbourne
Hours: Monday Friday (standard days with some flexibility)
Salary: Neg on experience to 27.5K + Bonus
GPS have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist & admin assistant to work for one of the world s leading manufacturers of luxury products. Working alongside the Client Services Manager you will be responsible for all front of house services which include the management of the electronic appointment diary, processing customer payments, administering various competitions, supporting colleagues with corporate and charity events and ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operation of the reception area and all associated tasks
Manage the shared electronic appointments diary
Raise and process customer payments
Assist with the administration of competitions and both on and off-site events
Maintain cleanliness of all customer facing areas
Stock taking as needed
Maintain accuracy and integrity of client data bases
Receive and return guns according to strict company protocols
Assist colleagues in other areas of the business when necessary
Key Skills/Experience Desired:
