I am looking for a temporary receptionist to join a fast paced, pioneering business leading the way in the Automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service, both over the phone and via email. You will be responsible for answering customer queries, resolving issues, and providing support. As an automotive receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors.
Responsibilities as Receptionist:
• Greeting and directing customers and visitors to the appropriate person or department
• Retain a professional front of house appearance for all in coming customers
• Answering incoming calls, taking messages and providing basic information
• Scheduling appointments, confirming services and updating records
• Handling payments, invoices and receipts
• Performing other clerical tasks as assigned
• Answer customer queries over the phone and via email.
Qualifications and Skills for a Receptionist:
• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications
• A friendly, professional and customer-oriented attitude
• A flexible availability and willingness to work on short notice
