Part Time Receptionist - Swansea - 6 weeks initially - 30 hours per week

Your new company
You will be working for an NHS Healthboard based in Swansea. This post will be site based and requires cover over 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday). On-site parking is available for staff and the hospital is accessible via some public transport routes.
Your new role
You will provide Reception and Administrative support to facilitate and ensure the smooth and efficient running of a busy clinic. You will provide a welcoming reception service, maintain clinic room diaries, meet and greet visitors to the department, check in details via the admin system.
What you'll need to succeed
This is an extremely busy reception desk, you must be confident in dealing with high volumes of queries via phone and also face to face. You must be available to work from 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Thursday for a period of 6 weeks initially.
You must be happy to undertake a DBS check and pass in order to secure this role.
What you'll get in return
You'll join a great team for an initial period of 6 weeks with the possibility of a further extension. You'll earn a rate of GBP11.81 per hour and gain experience of working within an NHS environment.
