Receptionist/Bookkeeper
Location: Wimborne
Salary: Up to £26,000 DOE
Hours: 40 hours over 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)
Tru Talent are delighted to be working with an independent garage with over 40 years of experience in the industry. Our Client is looking for an organised, detail-oriented, individual to manage both Reception and Bookkeeping duties.
Job Summary
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage customer appointments, inquiries, and service requests.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions in Sage 50.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate invoices and statements for customers.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Proficient in using Sage 50 accounting software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with automotive terminology is a plus.
