Receptionist

Location: Central London, 5 days onsite

Salary: Up to £28,000

COREcruitment is working with a luxury Co-Working brand based in Central London! They are looking for a full time Receptionist to joint their team in their Head Office.

This role requires someone with a natural ability to make exceptional first impressions, capable of welcoming all clients and guests into the building.
In this role, you will manage the reception area, handle client requests, and ensure the environment is always impeccably presented.
Your goal is to provide top-notch service and hospitality to everyone who enters our space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering a superior meet and greet service, maintaining the high standards of the brand.
• Ensuring the reception, lounge, and guest toilet are immaculate at all times.
• Building connections with clients, creating meaningful relationships.
• Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring timely turnarounds.
• Handling client email, phone, and in-person requests professionally.
• Ordering couriers, receiving packages, and notifying clients of arrivals.
• Prioritising clients' needs above all else.
