My client, a global financial services company, are seeking a professional and motivated Receptionist to join them supporting with all front of house duties as well as facilities.This is the ideal position for a corporate receptionist looking to expand their knowledge and progress within their career.In return you will receive a salary of £23,000 plus a discretionary bonus, private medical, gym discounts and the ability to purchase additional holiday.
Responsibilities of Receptionist - - Provide a high level of customer service to visitors and clients
- - Handle and manage the main switchboard when required
- - Ensure that the office is always in a professional manner
- - Responsible for ensuring supplies and refreshments are topped up
- - Responsible for managing all mail that arrives at the office distributing to the necessary persons
- - Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation's are up to date
- - Ensure invoices are received and coded correctly
- - Responsible for raising purchase orders
