Job description

My client, a global financial services company, are seeking a professional and motivated Receptionist to join them supporting with all front of house duties as well as facilities.
This is the ideal position for a corporate receptionist looking to expand their knowledge and progress within their career.
In return you will receive a salary of £23,000 plus a discretionary bonus, private medical, gym discounts and the ability to purchase additional holiday.
  
Responsibilities of Receptionist
  • - Provide a high level of customer service to visitors and clients
  • - Handle and manage the main switchboard when required
  • - Ensure that the office is always in a professional manner
  • - Responsible for ensuring supplies and refreshments are topped up
  • - Responsible for managing all mail that arrives at the office distributing to the necessary persons
  • - Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation's are up to date
  • - Ensure invoices are received and coded correctly
  • - Responsible for raising purchase orders
  
Skills & Experience of Receptionist
  • - Previous experience within an office environment
  • - Great multi-tasking skills
  • - Ability to provide a high level customer service experience
  • - Fantastic communication skills
  • - Competent with IT Skills including MS
