Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and Welcome Visitors: Provide a warm, friendly welcome to all customers and visitors.
- Manage Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
- Answer and Direct Calls: Handle incoming calls promptly and efficiently, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, handling mail, and maintaining records.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services offered by the dealership.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a similar customer-facing role is essential.
- Proficiency with Office Software: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work Saturdays on a rota basis.
