Who We're Looking For:

We are in search of a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist who embodies the following qualities:

• Proven experience as a host/hostess
• A genuine passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service
• Charismatic and confident, capable of engaging in meaningful conversations with customers
• Outstanding team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Meticulous in presentation, attentive, and proactive in responding to the needs of both customers and colleagues
• Previous experience in a high-volume hotel or restaurant environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the reception team to provide an exceptional experience for all guests, from arrival to departure and throughout their visit
• Ensure that all reservations are processed professionally and accurately
• Support and assist the management team in maximizing sales revenues through effective table management and business optimization
• Be the face of the business, consistently delivering service excellence and elevated hospitality
