Experienced full time, permanent Receptionist required at a well-established organisation based in Kesgrave starting ASAP. Front of house duties include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering and transferring telephone calls
- Distributing incoming and preparing outgoing post
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Assisting various departments with ad-hoc admin duties as required (filing, data input etc)
Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Applicants will have excellent communication skills as well as a professional and welcoming manner.
Ideally applicants will have their own vehicle due to the location of the company.
