Receptionist

My client, a top school, known for their dedication to academic excellence and innovative teaching, is looking for a Receptionist. Their committed staff foster a nurturing environment, ensuring every student reaches their potential. 
They are seeking a Receptionist who can immediately take charge of the front desk. Your role as the first person students see each morning is crucial, requiring a bubbly and welcoming demeanor. This temporary position offers the chance to be an integral part of a dedicated team.
Work Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, manage student arrivals/departures, and enforce punctuality rules.
• Handle phone calls professionally, including redirecting calls and taking messages.
• Perform administrative tasks such as mail handling, filing, and record keeping.
• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
• Provide general support in organising school events and activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in reception or administration preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with standard office equipment.
• Capable of multitasking and maintaining attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor with a friendly and positive attitude.
