Situated on the beautiful Moray Coast in the North of Scotland, Gordonstoun is widely recognised as the world leader in character education.  We have a co-educational community of over 500 students aged from 6-18, who are predominantly full boarding and are drawn from over 40 countries.We are looking for a receptionist to join our busy and friendly reception team in a permanent role.  This is a varied and interesting position, requiring an ability to prioritise, experience in administrative tasks and strong communication skills.  As the first point of contact for all parents and visitors, you will need to have a professional and engaging manner and an enthusiasm for all Gordonstoun offers.Gordonstoun is striving to build a team that is truly inclusive. • A full PVG check will be completed on the successful candidate
• Previous customer-facing experience.
• Previous experience of school systems.

**Qualifications Required**

• Nat 5 or GCSE Maths and English (grade C or above) or equivalent.
• MS Office applications
• Highers or A Levels
• Knowledge of Google applications
• Knowledge of local area.
• Experience of working with children and young people
