Hours: Every other Saturday 9-5 and every Sunday 11-4

Job Description
Working within our retail showroom you will be responsible for distributing our enquiries to the sales team to help support the sales and marketing function. You will work with the sales manager daily, discussing the sales executive targets and enquiry levels. The enquiries will be documented, the productivity of the sales executive will be tracked, and the details will be discussed with the sales manager.

Key Responsibilities

· Managing and helping control the sales executive’s daily enquiry targets.

· Allocating each sales executive with the correct level of enquiries by source.

· Supporting and communicating with the sales manager daily to make sure the levels and lead type are accurate.

· Working with the sales manager analysing feeding back any awareness areas on productivity

· Operating in line with Hippo’s framework guidelines and expectations on compliance and data handling.

· Utilizing multiple contact channels (including e-mail, telephone, and live chat)

Skills Required

· Strong Microsoft Office Skills

· Professional and friendly telephone manner

· Ability to work to your own initiative with minimal supervision whilst working in a close-knit team.
