Receptionist

Vibe Recruit are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist for our client based in Pontarddulais, Swansea

Temporary - 12 week cover
12.07 per hour

25 hours per week - afternoons

Starting 29th January

The Job:

- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Greeting visitors upon arrival
- Organising diaries and scheduling appointments

- Representing the company in a friendly and helpful manner

The Ideal Candidate:

- Has previous experience as a receptionist

- Has excellent people-skills and telephone manner

- Is organised and has great administrative skills

- Is reliable and loves working to a high-standard
