About the team
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part-time Receptionist to join us at our Skygate facility, our state-of-the-art distribution centre in the East Midlands.

About the role
The role is to cover reception on Thursdays and Fridays, however flexibility is needed to cover holidays and sickness absence.
Working pattern: Thursday and Friday 8am - 4pm with a 30-minute break (15 hours per week).
As a receptionist for our Skygate facility, you will be responsible for:
- To act as a focal point for all day-to-day operations, contact and information
- Maintain Security awareness all the time & work alongside other members of the Security team
- Effectively dealing with all enquiries and visitor interactions at the front desk and contacting colleagues when visitors arrive
- Access & egress controls
- Answer incoming calls or internal calls from colleagues and visitors
- Receive & pass on mail deliveries to the relevant individuals
- Assist in the preparation of meetings & facilities
- Respond to alarms and act in accordance with emergency procedures
- Maintain all records related to reception duties
- Administration support for the Fulfilment Centre Leadership Team
About you
This is a super important role to our site, greeting all visitors and representing The Very Group as the first point of contact to those visiting our site. You will have prior experience working as a receptionist at a busy site, comfortable with handling multiple priorities and duties at one time. The key skills required are:
