SalaryMy client is seeking an efficient and professional Part Time Receptionist to join their team on a permanent Part Time basis.
Working hours
Thursday - 8.00am - 5.30pm 1 hour lunch break
Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm 1 hour lunch break
The role will be a mixture of reception and customer support
- First point of contact for all clients and visitors
- Answer all incoming calls and direct as appropriate
- Receive deliveries
- Booking of taxis when required
- Booking meetings and managing diaries as requested
