£12.64 per hour

Contract Full Time

Duties/Responsibilities:

• We are looking for an experienced receptionist or someone with customer services experience to work in a busy professional environment.
• The role includes both telephone and face-to-face contact.
• You should have good IT skills, be a competent multitasker with good communication skills, whilst understanding the importance of the security procedures that need to be adhered to.
• A rostered shift system is in operation & the standard shift pattern will be

Tues to Fri : 09.00 - 2.00 + Saturday 10 - 4.

• A degree of flexibility around working hours is essential, as reception is open 7 days a week and changes or additional hours may be necessary occasionally.
• You will enable court escorts to safely deliver and collect young people from/ to the centre.
• You will manage room bookings & calendar maintenance,
• You will ensure stationery and equipment supplies are kept restocked.
• You will be responsible for the production of a range of documents, both electronic and hard copies.
• You will be responsible for the reception & foyer areas.
• You will devolve information to staff and managers in a timely and consistent manner.
