Receptionist - Swale

Connect2Kent are currently seeking a Receptionist to join a temporary on-going assignment for Kent County Council's Infrastructure, Strategic and Corporate Services Team.

• £11.04 per hour
• Thursday and Friday 13:00-17:30
• Swale, Kent

Job Purpose

To act as a company's first point of contact, assisting with queries face-to-face, over the phone and via email; ensuring the environment is safe, warm and conducive to working and learning, securing the building at the end of the day.

Experience/Skills

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in using Microsoft Outlook.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Awareness of Data Protection and confidentiality issues.
