Receptionist - Temporary

Receptionist needed to be the face of a luxury clothing and beauty brand. Based in super cool offices in Old Street, you will be supporting the front of house function.

As their Receptionist, they are looking for someone who will really take charge whilst delivering a first class service. They are looking for a real confident self-starter with lots of energy and enthusiasm who is confident and friendly. Duties to include but not limited to:

• First point of contact for all visitors
• Handle business correspondence/post collection/distribution/couriers & shredding
• Ordering supplies
• Meeting room and presentation area booking coordination
• Ensure the space in constantly kept tidy and presentable
• Admin support for ad-hoc projects
