SalaryWe are an independent specialist in property management which has been established since 2008 with a large portfolio of properties in & around London & Essex. Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced Letting negotiator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to;
- Advertising properties on all advertising portals.
- Conduct viewings and provide prospective tenants with detailed information about properties.
- Assess applications for suitability and affordability utilising all available internal and external tools.
- Process new tenancies
- Assist in the management and coordination of lettings.
- Assisting in the day-to-day running of office.
Requirements:
- Experience in Residential Lettings minimum 2 years
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different properties.
- multilingual. Romanian, Italian speaking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with tenants, landlords, and colleagues.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- time management skills and prioritise workload.
- Strong IT skills
- Flexibility to work a Saturday and occasional unsociable hours to accommodate client needs.
Working hours.
- Mon- Fri9am to 5.30pm.
- Occasional Saturdays

Salary
20k basic dependant on experience with a review if successful in the role
23 Days Holiday per year PLUS Bank Holidays plus Christmas Shutdown
