This role is perfect for a fresh graduate or school leaver who is looking to start their Office Support career, with career progression from Receptionist to Office Manager or Personal Assistant!
THE ROLE:
- Being the friendly face of the business including meeting and greeting guests, answering calls and setting up for meetings/boardrooms.
- General Office Administration and management of meeting rooms.
- Supporting the Executive Assistant.
- Ad hoc duties as they arise.
THE PERSON:
- Friendly, ambitious and professional personality.
- Comfortable and confident speaking with colleagues, clients and investors
- Happy to be office based, 9AM - 6PM Monday to Friday in their modern offices in Mayfair.
- Preferably available for an immediate start.
