SalaryAdecco are currently looking for a Receptionist to work for our client in Rawtenstall, on a temporary basis. Duties:
- Monitoring visitors/students that come in and out of the building
- Dealing with registers/attendance
- Assisting with lunch breaks
- Answering phones, transferring where necessary, taking messages
- Responding to emails
- Dealing with contractors
- General Admin
- Supporting staff
Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Previous Reception experience is essential for this role
- ALL applicants MUST have an enhanced DBS certificate to be considered for this role
- ALL applicants MUST have their own vehicle due to location
