Receptionist

Reporting to the Reception Manager you will be working on Reception and you will be the first point of contact for our members therefore a good level of spoken and written English is essential. You will be greeting and welcoming the guest/members accordance to the agreed procedure. As the first point of contact you will also be resolving any member's queries. Your main duties will include check in/out and taking and inputting reservations for our members within our bedrooms.

The position also includes working within Reservations.

We are looking for people who have had at least one year's previous Hotel/Club Reception experience and enjoys working within this environment.

• will have experience in a similar environment and will not be a stranger to multi-tasking in a busy environment
• positive attitude and good communication skills
• commitment to delivering an exceptional level of customer service for our members
• highly organised with a high level of attention to detail
• Able to work flexible hours during the week and over the weekendsShifts vary mainly from 8:00am-4.30pm, 9.30am-6pm or 11.30am - 8pm but due to business needs there may be the occasional shift that could start at 7am or a later shift is required which would end at 11pm.
