Receptionist

Juice are delighted to be working with a local automotive company in their search for a receptionist.

This is a full-time role based in the Gloucester branch.

Day to Day:

• Answer all incoming phone enquiries
• Directing enquiries to the appropriate department
• Welcoming customers and visitors to the site
• Working with providers
• Ensuring the showroom is tidy and presentable
• Administrative duties
• Organising any hospitality for the team on site or company meetings

We love to see:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience as administrator/receptionist
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong understanding of mathematics and IT skills
• Computer Literacy
• Someone who is professional and empathetic
