The Job
Receptionists have a varied and interesting role. The activities in a Leisure Centre are wide ranging and the involvement with people is continuous. This allows for an exciting day, using your skills on a diverse range of jobs. The primary objective of your role would be to:
Ensure that all the people who enter the Leisure Centre receive a friendly, polite and efficient service
Create a favourable first impression of the Leisure Centre
Have a good range of knowledge regarding the Leisure Centre
The Person
You will have strong interpersonal and customer facing skills and become knowledgeable about our facility and the services we provide
You will have good computer literacy and have excellent verbal communication both in person and over the phone
You must be friendly, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a good understanding of customer service and customer care
You will be flexible, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team
You will be calm under pressure and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
