Receptionist role for high profile client

North London/ Up to £29k

Must be able to commute Mon-Fri to NW2

We are very proud to partner with an amazing client who are market leader in the health and nutrition space. As the Receptionist you will be joining a passionate and collaborative internal support team. You will join a nationally and internationally award-winning business with a global reach.

As part of their commitment to innovation and continued development they are looking for a Receptionist to join in a newly formed role.

As the Receptionist your main purpose will include providing administrative and secretarial support where needed as well as being the first friendly face and point of contact for the business. You will work with another member of staff on reception but for the first few months you will be on your own due to the member of staff being on maternity leave. This is a full time and permanent role however.

Receptionist - Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a seamless and personal guest journey.
• Welcoming guests at reception and escorting guests within the building.
• Acting upon all requests that guests might have in an efficient and friendly manner.
• General administration duties when required and responds to customer queries in a timely manner.
• Some community management and customer service
• Handling external and internal calls in a professional manner.
• Booking of meeting rooms accurately and food and beverage requirements.
• Liaising with other departments to ensure efficient communication and excellent guest experience.
• Primary point of contact for customer enquiries and communicate with customers not only via the web but also phone and email.

Receptionist - Experience needed:

• Have excellent verbal and written communication.
• Be immaculately presented and highly organised and have an eye for detail.
• Have great interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.
• Have a passion to achieve excellent guest service in everything that they do.
• Be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to act pro-actively and intuitively.
