Job description
Undertaking general administrative duties including photocopying, faxing, email, postage and telephone.Designing, producing and disseminating course brochures and newsletters using appropriate computer software.Maintaining diary of staff whereabouts and diary for room and equipment bookings.Maintaining the archives filing system.Maintaining the contacts/membership/user/student databases including collection, verification and entry of information.Maintaining and ordering stationery and other supply stocks as required by the Finance/Administrative Officer.Assisting the Finance/Administrative Officer with financial and office management responsibilities as required.Providing reception and telephone duties and providing hospitality as required.Undertake training to further develop relevant skills and knowledge as determined by West Bann Development.Any other duties as required..
