Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a prestigious, professional services company in the recruitment of a Receptionist.
This role is to provide exemplary reception service, administration cover and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the reception area.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Dealing with incoming telephone calls, directing them to the relevant person and taking accurate messages where necessary.
- Dealing with general enquiries.
- Providing a confident and friendly reception service.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure they are set up appropriately.
- Ensuring the reception areas and meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Providing and ordering refreshments for meetings etc.
- Receiving and sorting incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Management of the Car and Equipment booking facility and liaising with external parties when required.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Monitor and control access to the premises.
This is a full-time, permanent, office based role.
Hours – 35 hours per week (09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday with a one-hour lunch break)
