Receptionist/Administrator

Responsible for outpatients reception, dealing with telephone, in person enquires. Boking and rescheduling outpatients appointments, awareness of the Thrust 18 week pathway policy. Providing a calming, efficient service to all internal and external contacts. Working with in and part of a team, ability to communicate efficiently at all levels. Flexibility with work duties and hours if required.
