Receptionist/Bookkeeper
Location: Wimborne
Salary: £14 per hour
Hours: 32 hours over 4 days a week
Tru Talent are delighted to be working with an independent garage with over 40 years of experience in the industry. Our Client is looking for an organised, detail-oriented, individual to manage both Reception and Bookkeeping duties.
Job Summary
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
• Manage customer appointments, inquiries, and service requests.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions in Sage 50.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Generate invoices and statements for customers.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Qualifications and Competencies
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Proficient in using Sage 50 accounting software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with automotive terminology is a plus.
